  • The deadline for payment is within 30 days after application, or by Tuesday March 1,the day before the event, whichever comes first. If payment is difficult by the due date, please let us know the estimated payment date.
  • Cancellations after registration is completed and requests for refunds will not be accepted unless there are unavoidable circumstances. Cancellations made later than 2 weeks before the event (February 15th) will be charged the full participation fee regardless of the circumstances. If you contact us in advance, you can change the participant from your company / organization.
  • We will share the shareable part of the presentation materials online on the summit day.
  • We will accept changes in the participation method "Venue" or "Online" after registration up to one week before the venue unless the venue is full. Regardless of the way you register, you will receive access to the post-event archive page that summarizes the videos and materials for a limited time.
  • If you are a Premium Club member (annual paid member), you will receive access to the video platform where you can watch recorded videos of past events and webinars.
