<Bio>

Mr. Sanshiro Fukao was born in 1981. He studied abroad at UWC in the UK from Azabu High School as a Keidanren scholarship student and obtained the International Baccalaureate. He graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies in 2003. After working as an analyst at hedge funds and domestic and international financial institutions, Mr. Fukao has held his current position since 2019. He also serves as the only Asian board member of "MOBI," the world's largest international blockchain standardization organization in the automotive industry. His recent book is titled *Mobility Zero: The Automotive Business in the Decarbonization Era* (Nikkei BP).

After graduating from university, Naoki Haraguchi experienced foreign trading operation in transportation company, overseas sales in industrial machinery company, and automotive components sales globally in AISIN Corp. and AESC Japan Ltd. In particular, he excelled in the automotive industry, serving as a global key sales leader for the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance for approximately 20 years. Since 2022, he has been assigned to Corporate Planning Dept. in AESC Japan, and now in charge of corporate management, strategy planning and promotion, external affairs and more.

Here is the translation: Graduated from the Combustion Engineering Laboratory at Kyoto University in 1982. Joined Toyota Motor Corporation the same year and engaged in research and development of engine functional components, cooling systems, and combustion at the Higashi-Fuji Technical Center.

From 1999, worked at the headquarters on the development of gasoline direct-injection engines, including the gasoline stratified lean-burn engine and the V6 gasoline direct-injection engine installed in the Crown. Later, served as the development leader for the 3.5L V6 gasoline direct-injection engine used in the GS350 and GS450h.

In 2006, became General Manager of the Hybrid Vehicle (HV) Advanced Development Department.

After graduating from university, Mr. Ishimura joined a major power supply manufacturer. For many years, he worked in the power electronics industry, focusing on business development, product planning, marketing, and sales in the B2B sector.
In 2020, he joined Toko Takaga, leading marketing, new product development, and branding in the EV infrastructure sector.
In the mid-capacity fast charger segment, he contributed to creating a new charger category and received various awards from key organizations such as the New Energy Foundation.
Currently, in addition to strengthening existing areas, Mr. Ishimura is focusing on expanding the business further by creating value-added service-based business models.
In 2022, appointed as Head of the EV Infrastructure Promotion Office at the company.

For over 20 years in the automotive industry, has been engaged in the digitalization of manufacturing.
